Impotence at about the age of 45!!

Has this happened to you do you have problems with impotence from the age of 43 onwards past 45!
the suffering of middle age men is more prominent now than ever.

Especially if you have not had a partner in the last few years, the lack of Sexual drive will diminish as you get older if you do not participate in sexual relations in that time, "so the old adage of use it or lose it can apply" to anybody.

I'm not saying run out and find anyone just that it would help to keep active drives going to have a partner in your life, otherwise when you come to find someone the anguish of the moment can have dire effects on your performance if there is one!

Middle age men start to lose their drives of testosterone and have a more sedentary life so they are not active as well as outgoing, the impotence factor is very high in none active males, going to the gym or taking any form of arobic exersize can and will help.
